1. About This Course
"The Refined Life: 4 Pillars of Everyday Self-Refinement" ("the Course") is a digital, pre-recorded educational product created and owned by Akonyi-Qetsia ("we," "us," "our"), sold through akonyiqetsia.com.

2. Access and Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the video lessons and downloadable workbooks associated with the Course. Access is granted for personal, individual use only, as described in Section 4.

3. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal
Because the Course is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate access to the Course and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) under EU consumer protection law, in accordance with Art. 246a § 1 Abs. 3 EGBGB / Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. This consent will be captured via a separate checkbox at checkout and is required to complete your purchase.

4. Intellectual Property
All content within the Course, is the exclusive intellectual property of Akonyi-Qetsia and is protected under applicable copyright law. Purchasing the Course grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own private use.

You may not:

• Upload, post, or share the Course content on any public or private platform, including social media, file-sharing sites, or cloud storage accessible to others

Violation of this section may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

5. Refunds
Except as required by applicable consumer protection law (see Section 3), all sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the Course, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted, except where required by law or at our sole discretion in cases of a proven technical fault preventing access.
